The Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is a continuously operating filtering centrifuge designed for industrial applications. This machine offers automated operation, continuous discharging, high capacity, low power consumption, and stable performance with minimal vibration. It features fast drying capabilities and produces small, uniform grain particles.
Applications
This centrifuge machine is widely used for processing various materials including: salt treatment of wastewater (MVR), edible salt, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate (flue desulfurization), urotropin, ox bone particles (gelatin), sodium sulfate, chlorine and alkali industry products, nitrocotton, cotton seeds, glyphosate, and many other industrial materials.
Process Specifications
The Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is specifically designed to separate slurries containing medium-size crystals or fiber particles, with average solid phase grading ≥0.1mm and solid content (volume ratio) ranging from 30% to 70%. With modified feeding and distribution systems, this machine can also effectively dry non-diffusing solid-phase materials, offering excellent washing performance and high processing capacity.
