Product Overview
Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is a continuously operating filtering centrifuge featuring automatic operation, continuous discharging, high capacity, low power consumption, no peak load, fast drying, small grain pieces, stable operation, and low vibration intensity.
Applications
This machine is widely used for processing various materials including: Salt treatment of wastewater (MVR), edible salt, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate (flue gas desulfurization), urotropin, ox bone particles (gelatin), sodium sulfate, chlorine and alkali industry, nitrocellulose, cotton seeds, glyphosate, and more.
Process Capabilities
Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is designed to separate slurry containing medium-sized crystals or fiber particles, with average solid phase grading ≥0.1mm and solid content (volume ratio) of 30-70%. With modified feeding and distribution systems, this machine can also effectively dry non-diffusing solid-phase materials, offering excellent washing performance and high capacity.
