NCB Series Inside Engaged Gear Pump is a volumetric pump for transporting liquid, which has advanced structure and good performance. This pump employs the inside engagement for gears, the pitch circles of both inside and outside gear are at one side, another side is separated by “swing link” on the pump cover and forms up feeding and discharging chamber. The driving inside gear on the main shaft drives the pinions to rotate in same direction, in the feeding chamber, the gear teeth are separated each other, this forms up negative pressure surface, so it sucks in liquid. Gear teeth enter into the engagement surface continuously in the discharging chamber and extrude liquid out.
