1.Product introduction

3.Structure and characteristics
The filter body is designed as a horizontal cylinder, and the lower support structure .The main body of filter consists of filtration tank, screen, end-plate pullout device, automatic dreg discharging device, etc. The filter cover shall be fixed, and all pipe orifices of the filter, such as feed inlet, discharge outlet, overflow outlet, vent and standby port, shall be fixed on the cover. During operation, all nozzles do not need to be disassembled. The cylinder moves during slag discharge, which is convenient to operate and reasonable in structure.The structure is a patented technology of our company.
Due to the change of the filter into cylinder movement, the feeding system has been completely improved, the liquid sulfur enters the cylinder more evenly, and the filter cake formed on the filter plate is more uniform, so as to ensure more stable filtering effect and clear and transparent liquid sulfur flow after filtration.

5.Our company

From the beginning of raw materials entering the factory, check at all levels, require raw materials to provide quality certificates and product certificates, and the local supervision and inspection department shall assist in checking (stop point). In the process of cold work and metal processing, there are welding inspection, cold inspection, metal processing and other inspections. Class a welds are accompanied by product welding test plates and mechanical property tests. Important welds shall also be subject to nondestructive testing, such as X-ray flaw detection. After the equipment is manufactured, carry out the hydraulic non leakage test, and notify the personnel of the supervision and inspection department to arrive at the site for acceptance.
If one of the above items fails to pass the inspection, it will not be transferred in the next step. Through this means, the quality of products is effectively guaranteed.
