1.Equipment profile 

This epuipment is of novel design, the main body of filter consists of filtration tank, screen, end-plate pullout device, automatic dreg discharging device, etc.

During filtering, the filter aid is mixed up with material in the mixing cylinder then transmitted by pump onto the filter screen to form a filter cake layer. Once the stable filter cake is realized, the minute filter aid particles provide countless micro passages, which entrap the suspended impurity and let the clear liquid through. Therefore the real filtration is realized through the cake layer. In case that the filter cake over the surface of filter screen reaches certain thickness, or the filtration pressure is up to 0.4 MPa, the feeding shall be stopped, and compressed air shall be employed to blow dry the cake, and filter screen shall be pulled out, the vibration dreg discharging device shall be switched on, the dregs shall be unloaded because of weight and vibration. As to sticky filter cake, manual help shall be provided to clean up the dregs.

2.Filration with aid,the diatomaceous earth

Before the filtration, use some filtrate (the liquid obtained from last time’s filter), which is to be mixed with filter aid, though cyclic pre-application, apply a layer of diatomaceous earth over the surfaced of filter screen, thus to form the pre-applied layer. The pre-applied layer serves as the real filter media, the quantity of pre-applied filter aid to be added is 0.6~1.2 kg per square meter of filtering area, and the thickness of pre-applied layer is about 1.5~3 mm.

3.Main processing technology of equopment

a. Procurement of raw materials and purchased parts (such as flange forgings and elliptical heads);

Blanking of outsourced parts (elliptical head) and sending them for external processing, and gold processing of forgings;

b. Barrel blanking drum, processing and forming;

c. Assembly and welding of elliptical head and equipment flange, cylinder and equipment flange, cylinder and elliptical head;

d. General assembly, marking and opening at the same time, welding connecting pipe flange, support, head pull-out mechanism, etc;

e. After the final assembly, carry out the hydraulic test, and attach the pressure test inspection report and product quality certificate;

f. The processing of the mesh plate is carried out synchronously.
