The machine is a precision clarification and filtration equipment with completely closed operation. During filtration, first form a filter cake layer on the filter screen plate, and conduct actual filtration through the fine particles on the filter cake layer. 

The filter screen is the main working part of the filter. The filter screen is composed of multiple layers of stainless steel nets of different specifications, with filtrate channels between them. The periphery of the filter screen is a rectangular or circular section frame made of stainless steel plate, which is used as the filtrate collection channel, and the filter screen is riveted with the filter screen frame.

4.Process   

Refining processes such as oil products and chemical products are mainly decolorization and removal of mechanical impurities (i.e. filtering bleaching soil and activated carbon), and filtration is the key. The plate hermetic filter is a kind of intermittent filtration. When the filter residue accumulates to a certain extent, there must be a cleaning step. In order to make the filtration operation continuous, the main machine of the filter must be equipped with two sets. During the filtration process, the filter cake shall not be overfilled. The filter cake can be dried and easily removed only when the filter cake of the two adjacent filter screens is kept at a space of about 2cm. Or when the filtration reaches the maximum allowable filtration pressure (≤ 0.4MPa), slag discharge shall be started.
