Product Application

The fuel oil supply system is mainly used to improve the quality of heavy fuel oil and then supply to the fuel machine. The system is composed of oil supply pump, backwash filter, booster pump, heater and other related equipment. The design is reasonable, compact and easy to operate and maintain.

The fuel is filtered from the primary filter then filtered through the backwash filter, flows to the mixing drum by means of oil supply pump, pressurized by the booster pump then flows to heater. and the temperature and viscosity of the fuel are controlled by heating to achieve the oil inlet condition, thus improve the use life of fuel machine.

Application:

The marine separator is mainly used for cleaning up the moisture and mechanical impurity in the fuel ( Light diesel oil, heavy diesel oil, fuel oil) and lubricating oil of ships and diesel engine
 

Main Features

JFD separator system integrates separator,oil pump, heat exchanger, pneumatic three-way valve,pressure sensor, temperature semsor and other component into a complete module which with advantages as compact structure and convenient installation. The system can be operated through touch screen directly thanks to the high automation PLC program control, meanwhile realize real-time monitor the running status of separator and fault alarm analysis, etc.
