Product Description
DPF800 disk separator is the main equipment used in the big starch process industry.
DPF800 disc separator with the upper belt transmission structure, and adopt the upper suspended supporting type for the main shaft, using nozzle discharge. So it is benefits significantly higher than other structures of the starch separators.
DPF series disc separator applys to :
1,Corn startch and gluten separation;
2,Concentration of gluten;
3,Pre-concentration of starch milk;
3,Pre-concentration of starch milk;
4,Clarify; also suitable for other similar product’s separation.
Specification
The separator mainly consists of base, cantalever, hydraulic oil cylinder, motor ram, main axis suspension device, drum, upper volute and lower volute, etc.
Among which the base is the frame part of machine, base is composed of axis and pedestal’s connection. Lower shell and lifting oil cylinder cover is directly fixed to the base
Suspension branch is used to instal motor ram and axis cantalever part, upper volute is suspended on the suspension branch with three steeve. Suspension branch is connected to vertical axis part(on the pedestal) through ascending oil cylinder, the suspension branch can ascend driven by hydraulic pump station; when the suspension branch ascend to certain height, push it with hand, it will rotate according to oil cylinder’s axes.
Drum is composed of drum axis, disk rack, drum body, drum cover, seal ring, disk, refluence pipe, diffluence pipe and nozzle. The drum is connected to main axis through its big nut.
In the axis suspension facility, it is equipped with axis, bearing, etc. on the upper side of axis, it is equipped with triangle
strap. The axis suspension facility is equipped to the suspension branch. On the two sides of motor ram is rolling wheels, which make the ram move in the guide rail. On the upper side of suspension branch is spring tensioner, which used to regulate the tension power of triangle adhesive tape.
