The distiller's grains dehydration centrifuge produced by JUNENG is a horizontal spiral discharge and continuously operated sedimentation equipment. Its working principle is: the drum and the spiral rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction and high speed, and the material is continuously introduced into the inner cylinder of the conveying spiral through the feed pipe. After acceleration, it enters the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, heavier solid substances are deposited on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. The conveying screw continuously pushes the deposited solids to the conical end of the drum and discharges them out of the machine through the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows from the overflow port at the large end of the drum and is discharged out of the machine through the discharge port. This machine continuously feeds, separates, washes, and discharges materials at full speed. It is characterized by compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, large production capacity, and convenient maintenance. Suitable for separating suspensions containing solids with particle sizes greater than 0.005mm and concentrations ranging from 2-40%. At the same time, it is widely used in chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries.

drum, and the spiral blades that move relative to the drum continuously move .The solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum are scraped and pushed out of the slag discharge port.The separated clear liquid flows out of the drum through the opening of the liquid layer regulating plate. The relative movement between the screw and the drum, that is, the differential speed is realized by the differential, and its size is controlled by the auxiliary motor.

The centrifuge is a countercurrent horizontal spiral discharge sedimentation centrifuge for sludge dewatering. The main engine is composed of drum (stainless steel 2205), screw (stainless steel 2205+316L) and differential system. The differential speed is automatically fed back and adjusted according to the load change, and the pushing power is automatically compensated to ensure the constant dryness of the solid slag and get a drier solid slag.
It is poured by an integral centrifuge, and then processed by precision turning after solution treatment. The solid phase slag discharge port is equipped with replaceable tungsten carbide wear-resistant bushing. The inner wall of the centrifuge drum is welded with anti-skid wear-resistant strips to prevent the solid particles from tangential rotation and wear on the inner wall of the drum.
