Description

Disk Separators are full automatic control equipments which have high speed, run steady, hermetic and high efficiency. All parts & components contacting materials are made of stainless steel, can effectively minimize chemical reaction between the materials to be separated and part surface contacted. The separated light phase material will be output by centripetal pump, maximum output pressure can get to 0.3MPa. This machine is fed upper, so it has very low inlet pressure for materials.

2)Large volume of the sediment area of the rotating drum;

3)Frequency inverter start;Bottom flat belt transmission structure;

4)Vertical shaft with water-cooled mechanical seal, which can realize online sterilization (SIP);

5)Upper and lower machine covers, buffer tanks are all equipped with cooling water jackets;

6) It can meet the requirements of medical and food hygiene
