Overview of filtration principle
The equipment has a unique structure, using a plum blossom shaped filter element as the skeleton and covered with a filter cloth. You can choose the corresponding filter cloth or add appropriate filter aids according to different materials, which can filter out various small particles in the liquid. During slag removal, compressed air or compressed nitrogen is injected into the middle of the filter element to blow back, causing the filter cloth to expand from a folded shape to a cylindrical shape, completely peeling off the filter cake on the surface of the filter cloth, thus completing the rapid slag removal process

a. Filter tank body
The filter tank is connected by the cylinder and the top cover with quick opening bolts to form a closed container. The flange between the top cover and the tank body is sealed with a rectangular rubber gasket, and the inside of the filter tank body is composed of a filter element and a liquid collection pipe.
b. Filter element
The filter element is the main working component of the filter machine. The filter element is composed of an outer filter bag and an inner filter tube. The middle part is the filtrate flow channel, the lower part of the filter element is the filtrate collection chamber, and the upper part is the connection joint between the filter element and the collection pipe
