The DBY603 milk cream separator is the smallest model developed by Juneng Machinery. With high separator factor and speed, it delivers excellent separation efficiency.

This skid-mounted unit can be used immediately after connecting the pipelines for quick setup and operation.

Drum Part
The drum component has undergone precision dynamic balancing. Each part has fixed positions and ex-factory numbers. Interchanging parts between drums is strictly prohibited as it would damage the dynamic balance, increase vibration, and potentially damage the equipment.
Shaft System
The motor is driven by a frequency converter, which powers the vertical shaft to drive the drum. The frequency converter ensures steady starting with even acceleration, preventing motor and gear overload. The vertical shaft uses an elastic bearing structure to minimize wear and reduce the impact of drum vibration on the entire separator.
