Three Phase Decanter Centrifuge for Aging Oil Treatment
Aging Oil Treatment Decanter Centrifuge
The three-phase separation decanter centrifuge is a fully enclosed, fully automatic continuous processing system designed specifically for aging oil treatment. This product has been successfully implemented in major oilfields including Daqing and Liaohe.
Aging oil from storage tanks exhibits high viscosity due to prolonged deposition time. Our system requires heating and demulsifier addition to reduce viscosity before processing. The treated oil enters the three-phase decanter centrifuge where high-speed rotation creates powerful centrifugal force. This separates components by density:
- High-density solids (sludge) settle on the drum wall
- Two liquid phases form concentric cylinders - oil (lighter) in inner layer, water (heavier) in outer layer
- Liquid ring thickness is adjustable via the liquid adjusting plate
The screw conveyor transports deposited sludge to the drum's cone end for discharge, while separated oil and water are channeled through dedicated pipelines to their respective storage destinations.
