DHZ separator can discharge automatically with ring valve, and it is controlled automatically by computer system and Industrial Personal Computer. The power transmission motor is slowly started through frequency converter, driving the belt through a pair of speed increasing pulleys to drive the vertical shaft to the rated speed, which not only runs smoothly but also provides overload protection during operation.

Working principle
The separated material is fed into the heart part of the machine, which is the inner part of the drum. Under strong centrifugal force, the material passes through a set of separation intervals of disc bundles, with the neutral hole of the disc as the interface. The liquid with a higher specific gravity moves along the disc wall towards the outside of the neutral hole, where heavy slag accumulates in the sediment area, and the heavy phase flows towards the upward centripetal pump; The liquid with a smaller specific gravity moves along the disc wall towards the neutral hole and converges to the lower centripetal pump. The light and heavy phases are output by the lower centripetal pump and the upper centripetal pump respectively; Heavy slag is regularly discharged; Implement continuous production.
