Product Overview
The Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is a continuously operating filtering centrifuge designed for industrial applications. It features automatic operation, continuous discharging, high capacity, low power consumption, and stable performance with minimal vibration.
Applications
This centrifuge is widely used for processing various materials including: salt treatment of wastewater (MVR), edible salt, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate (flue desulfuration), urotropin, ox bone particle (gelatin), sodium sulfate, and applications in chlorine and alkali industry, nitrocotton, cotton seeds, and glyphosate.
Process Specifications
The Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is designed to separate slurry containing medium-size crystals or fiber particles, with average solid phase grading ≥0.1mm and solid content (volume ratio) of 30-70%. With modified feeding and distribution systems, it can also effectively dry non-diffluent solid-phase materials with excellent washing results and high capacity.
